If you would like to venture out onto the lake then you will be able to do so with your own boat or by simply renting one from the nearby Beaver Cove Marina.  There is also a common beach area perfect for family swims as well as a playground.  You can teach your whole family to understand and appreciate the natural wonders of the Moosehead region.

There is even a generator hooked up to the house that will provide you with electricity if the power should happen to go out.  Having this peace of mind makes living in rural areas a dream.
